New love : Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Wiz in Medium Brown

This month I couldn't help myself and I did some shopping in the sales. I showed you several hauls previously on the blog, one of them being this one . One of the products I bought then I had really wanted for a long time was Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Wiz in Medium Brown.
   
Since then I wear it every day with my make-up. I have become really addicted to it! Now it's time to share with you my thoughts on it since many of you have expressed your interest.

This ultra-slim mechanical pencil flawlessly outlines brows and fills in sparse or over-tweezed areas. Neither too soft nor too firm, the retractable tip glides effortlessly to mimic natural hair and create the illusion of texture. Available in 9 shades.

 Suggested Usage:
 Use Brow Wiz to create a perfect arch that follows your natural bone structure:
- Brush you brow hair up vertically with the spooley end and draw a thin line along the hairline following the lower arch.
- Brush your brow hair down and define the top of your brow arch in the same way.
- Fill in any gaps or sparse areas and groom the color through your brows.

    What it is formulated WITHOUT:

    - Sulfates
    - Phthalates 

Medium Brown shade (formerly Medium Ash) suggested for light/medium brown & silver hair :

    - Vitamin E: Helps skin fight damage caused by the environment.

I was matched to the shade Medium Brown in the store, a shade that works for me very well. I love its texture; it's not too hard and not too soft. Just perfect for defining brows.
   
I am lucky to have decent eyebrows. I have a nice shape that works for my face; I only need a little filling in where I have small gaps. What I am looking for in a brown pencil is to define the brows without looking artificial. I want a natural look. I don't want anyone to see that the brows were drawn in.
   
As you can see below this pencil matched all my expectations : the colour is the right one for me, it defined the brows nicely and they still look natural. It doesn't have a long-lasting formula but it lasted all day onto my brows without fading or sliding.
   
I love the fact that it has a spooly at the other end; it makes it easy to comb the brows before and after using the liner. I also appreciate the fact that it is very slim, therefore it is easy to draw fine lines or hairs onto the brows. I also love the fact that it is retractable - you don't have to worry about sharpening it. It has it all included so it's very travel-friendly ! Love !

All in all, the Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Wiz in Medium Brown is a great brow liner that delivers all its promises. I love the natural effect it gives my brows. I love it is easy to use and travel-friendly. I give it the -A grade (the price is a little bit higher for a brow pencil) and I recommend it to you if you want a good eyebrow liner. Until next time ,
