  Ho, ho, ho!

  This Christmas time I really want

  Santa to bring me quite a lot :

  Fun, joy and lots of love

  And blessings from up above

  To my loved ones family and friends

  And the wishlist never ends.

  Santa I was really good this year

  Hurry up and come quite near

  Oh I hope you're young and fit

  Down the chimney you will fit

  I will sing you lovely carols

  You'll be here for many hours.

 Fill my Xmas tree with Pandora jewellery

 All high-end perfumes will dissapear

 In my room to magically appear

 Make-up, creams, masks and other things

 You will bring for my blog testing.

 Make my blog shine like a star

THE ROMANIAN TAG

Today is the 1st of December, the national day of Romania. Great Union Day (Romanian: Ziua Marii Uniri, also called Unification Day) occurring on December 1, is the national holiday of Romania. It commemorates the assembly of the delegates of ethnic Romanians held in Alba Iulia, which declared the Union of Transylvania with Romania.
       
This holiday was set after the 1989 Romanian Revolution and it marks the unification of Transylvania, but also of the provinces of Bassarabia and Bukovina with the Romanian Kingdom, in 1918.

Holiday Traditions Tag

Since the holiday season is fast approaching and here in Romania we love festivity and we keep the customs and traditions alive for the holidays, I thought I would do a holiday-themed tag :      

The Holiday Traditions Tag 

1. Favorite holiday destination? 
Actually, here in Romania the majority of the people prefer to spend Christmas in the family at home and the New Years Eve with friends in restaurants, clubs or other destinations. So yeah, I love to spend Christmas with my lovely family and enjoy every second of it! I adore Christmas! 

2. Any family traditions?
We put up and decorate the tree together and sometimes we sing traditional carols too. Some of the most loved ones are: Domn, domn sa-naltam, Trei pastori, O ce veste minunata, Sus la poarta raiului, Trei crai de la Rasarit and many others. Some of the best known carol singers are Stefan Hrusca, Tudor Gheorghe, Fuego, the Madrigal choir and many others. You can look them up on Youtube if you want to.

3. Favorite ornament of decoration?
My shining golden angel that we put on top of the Christmas tree. I started a tradition myself to buy every year one very special ornament. This year I am still searching for it ..

The 'Me Time' Tag

Life is so very busy for all of us these days. We occupy our time dealing with the job, the house chores, the family and friends and other unexpected problems which causes us stress and at the end of the day we discover we have no time for us. And the years pass and we go on daily doing what's best for others and forgetting our own needs and joys.

Girls stop! We have to consider our own little pleasures in life, we have to love us, to take care of ourselves too, of our bodies and of our souls! We have to enjoy life and find time for us, our 'me time'.

Sweater Weather Tag

As I was watching my favourite youtubers last night I found this lovely autumn tag which I decided to do. Of course I adapted it to the Romanian specifics.

I love warm, sunny autumn days with the trees coloured in so many warm brownish-yellow shades. Lounging inside in a cozy sweater, drinking hot chocolate or spiced tea and reading beauty blogs or watching my favorite youtubers.
