MustaeV single eyeshadows Naked Wood and Dazzle Pink - review

I received these eyeshadows for testing a while ago but I couldn't play much with them until recently when the scorching temperatures have gone down a bit. I really cannot stand anything onto my face especially onto the eyes when the temperatures are very hot, my face starts itching and complaining a lot. Now that Autumn is closer and closer I could have the oportunity to play with them more and now I am sharing with you my impressions on them. They are : MustaeV single eyeshadows Naked Wood and Dazzle Pink.

MustaeV SINGLE EYE SHADOW - NAKED WOOD :

It is described as a "soft-tan beige with a golden sheen and glitter texture that provides a velvety smooth application".

Glitter texture : A silky textured shadow with shimmering micro-sized glitter particles that provide a sparkling luster.

Pigmentation & Adhesion : Silicone coated pearl powder and Trietoxycaprylsilane treated powder creates high pigmentation and adherence, leaving no fall-out powder.

Endurance : Sebum control powder absorbs sebum and assist with maintaining a hyrating, non-drying feel, with a long crease-free wear.

The eyeshadow comes in an elegant plastic recipient and has a weight of 1.8 grams and a valability of 24 months.
 
I like the packaging of all MustaeV products : the side where you pull open the box is slightly ergonomic and slim to ease the opening process. The packaging is slim and elegant with an understated black casing with white and pink writing. Inside the box each product has its own ingredient list, very useful.

The texture of the eyeshadow is very silky and smooth. It applies with great ease and blends wonderfully. It has indeed a very pleasant glow created by the shimmering micro-sized glitter particles, which are very finely milled so that you don't feel them onto the lid.

The colour is gorgeous, a warm beige shade that will suit every skin colour and will bring warmth to every make-up look. I adore it! It works very well for a "no make-up" make-up look, a day-to-day discrete office look and it can beautifully complement a bolder, evening look with a touch of golden star dust. It also can be used as a highlighter for a slightly bronzed skin on top of the cheekbones. Fab!

MustaeV SINGLE EYE SHADOW - DAZZLE PINK :

It is described as a "light, peachy, baby pink shade with gold tones and a pearl texture that provides a velvety smooth application".

Pearl Texture : A silky textured shadow with satin pearl particles that provide a soft shimmering sheen.

Pigmentation & Adhesion : Silicone coated pearl powder and Trietoxycaprylsilane treated powder creates high pigmentation and adherence, leaving no fall-out powder.

Endurance : Sebum control powder absorbs sebum and assist with maintaining a hyrating, non-drying feel, with a long crease-free wear.

The eyeshadow comes in an elegant plastic recipient and has a weight of 1.8 grams and a valability of 24 months.
The texture of the eyeshadow is very silky and smooth as with the other. It applies with great ease onto the lid and blends wonderfully. It has a very discrete but not too discrete sheen created by the satin pearl particles. It is a fabulous highlighter to be applied under the brow and onto the inner corner of the eye for an added wide awake, fresh, luminous glow.

It can also be worn onto the lid for a very understated luminous minimal make-up look, that can make you appear fresh and awake even if you haven't slept much the night before. It can also be applied on the top of the cheekbones, onto the nose and the Cupid's bow for a highlighed effect.

You can find all MustaeV eyeshadows and many more on the Mustaev site . Each single eyeshadow costs 13 dollars. Personally I think they are completely worth it! The texture is very light and smooth onto the lid, they are very easy to work with and blend, they are long-lasting and the colours are gorgeous. My wishlist is quite long and slowly I will discover more MustaeV products.
  
I leave you with a minimal eye day look using both eyeshadows : Naked Wood onto the lid and under the bottom lashes and Dazzle Pink under the brow and onto the inner corner of the eye. (L'Oreal Miss Manga mascara on the bottom lashes and the wonderful Chic Lashes lash extensions on the top lashes).
