DIRECTIONS: In order to maximize every last lash, stroke successive coats of mascara on the upper and, if desired, lower lashes. For a more dramatic lash look, place the wand as close to the base (roots) of the upper lashes as possible. Hold the wand there, and carefully wiggle it back and forth to deposit extra mascara prior to brushing the wand through your lashes. For maximum impact, proceed with at least two full coats. Don't let the mascara dry between coats!
