Max Factor Crème Puff Blush in Lovely Pink - review

As I have announced in a previous post, one of the novelties from Max Factor was the Crème Puff Blush. It has a lightweight, baked formula with finely milled, multi-tonal pigments that blend evenly, enhancing individual skin tones, for a truly natural, polished skin finish.

The blush I have received for testing is in the Lovely Pink shade, a very suitable shade for me. The blush comes in a gold-black casing and has a valability of 36 months.

The colour is simply gorgeous, a lovely gold-pink shade, just perfect for the summer ! The sheen is subtle, not too sparkly; it gives the skin a discrete healthy glow that is very attractive.

Suggestions for use : Pat McGrath, Max Factor Global Creative Design Director - “Using a brush, apply your blush in a circular motion to the prominent features of your face, building the colour across the cheekbones, brow bones, and along the neck. The result is a luxurious, halo-type glow."
   
Let's see it at work : 

The Lovely Pink shade is very wearable, suitable both for an understated day look and for a bolder night look. It is easy to apply and to blend. If you need a stronger colour just add another layer. 
     
Here is on myself (If I wear a stronger lipstick I like to wear a stronger blush colour so it won't make me pale) :

All in all, Max Factor Crème Puff Blush in Lovely Pink is a great blush, easy to use, blend and build in layers, suitable for day and night looks.
