Jumbo store haul

Today was a long and pleasant day for me : I was for most part of the day in great company with my work colleagues at an IELTS seminar (I am an English teacher first). I learnt a lot of useful information on how to best prepare my students for the all important IELTS exam and I exchanged ideas and experiences with my lovely colleagues. Since I was in close proximity of a Jumbo store (the one on Bulevardul Theodor Pallady 51G) I decided to check it out. And of course I didn't leave empty handed.

I tried to stay focused and buy ony the necessities. It is a lovely store full of temptations. There are home decor items, storage and stationery, toys, cosmetics and make-up and many more. It is a large store so you need a little time to go through all the items at leisure, but I am sure you won't leave empty handed. The prices are reasonable so you can easily find gifts for all your loved ones in the store.

I wanted to find some decor objects to use as background in my videos for Periscope and Youtube. And what is more inspirational than Marilyn Monroe to add a touch of glamour and femininity? Just perfect! The painting cost only 6 ron. Another object I bought is the silver round placemat (9.99 ron) as a background for the photos. I have to see if it works like this, since it is silvery and shiny, but I love it.

Another item I fell in love at first site, was the London photo frame. I am in love with London, I have been there 3 times already and I would go anytime. This photo frame brings with it many beautiful memories I will treasure forever. It cost 9.99 ron.

I also loved this festive, fun card as soon as I saw it in the store. I think it will match Marilyn well. It was 2.99 ron. And last but not least, another item I love!! You can see it in the first haul photo. It is a push pins set shaped as sexy pink lips. I loooove it! Sexy and fun! I can't wait to pin all my photos and other information with it. The set was 3.99 ron. I hope they'll bring it in red lips too! 

I paid in total 33 ron for this small haul I showed you. I am very proud of myself for resisting the temptation of buying the entire store. Oh I will definitely be back! I already have some items on my wishlist.
